The purpose and mission of the Trustees is to form a Limited Liability Corporation that will act in the capacity as Landowner for the intended Base Property. This LLC will in turn lease the land to the Battalions and their members and also act as a business representative for outside agencies and organizations who wish to rent the facility for training.

Presently, the Trustees (14 members and donors) are still looking for members of the ODF who wish to buy a seat on the Board for $1K or who would like to split a seat (and a vote) with other members. Trustees will have part ownership to the property deed and the LLC. This enterprise will be the mechanism towards realizing a viable, independent training & outdoor recreation facility.
